Shipping Policy

We dispatch all orders via APC Couriers on a next-day delivery basis. Orders placed on weekdays before 1 pm are typically processed for dispatch the same day. Orders received by 11 am are prioritized for same-day dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery Timeframe

Our goal is to deliver all bio-ethanol fuel orders within 72 hours from the time of order, excluding weekends. Please note that unforeseen delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.
