Bio-Ethanol Fuel Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on bio-ethanol fuel once it has been delivered. This policy is in place because we are unable to collect or transport fuel back to our facility safely.

Damages and Issues

If your bio-ethanol fuel arrives damaged, such as a broken bottle or an empty bottle due to leakage, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will promptly arrange a free replacement to ensure your satisfaction and the safe delivery of our products.
